I combine the wisdom from ancient eastern cultures with my knowledge of modern science and change management to help you feel good in your body and mind.
During my 15 years working with hospitals and clinics across the U.S., I simultaneously studied natural remedies and disease prevention. Experiencing health techniques from cultures all over the world led me to reverse and heal my own health conditions. I know what it means to thrive, not just survive. And I know health/wellness must be personalized.
